This policy explains how Shadow State Watch Club ("Shadow State", "we") handles information in connection with shadowstatewatchclub.com.

How this website works

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no forms, no newsletter sign-up, no payment processing, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own. The Shadow State Supply shop is a coming-soon page only — nothing can be bought or ordered on this site.

Information you send us by email

You can contact us or submit a watch photo by email. When you do, we receive whatever you choose to send — for example your name, email address, Instagram handle, your message and any photographs. We use this information to read and reply to your message and to consider your submission.

Watch photo submissions

Sending us a photo does not, by itself, give us permission to publish it. We will only feature a submitted photograph, name, handle or story on our website or social channels if you have clearly given permission, and we will credit you the way you ask. You can ask us to take down a featured submission at any time.

Information processed to run the website

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This information is handled by Cloudflare as our hosting provider and is not used by Shadow State to identify you. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when a page loads. Cloudflare's and Google's own privacy policies apply to that processing.

Instagram and other external links

The site links to our Instagram account. Those links open Instagram in a new tab; once you are on Instagram, Meta's privacy policy applies, not this one.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent the information you send us, and we do not share it with others for their marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us what information you have sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your emails and any featured submission.

Changes to this policy

If the website starts collecting new information — for example through a newsletter, a submission form or an online store — we will update this policy before that feature goes live.
